Texas State Hospitals
In 2017, the Texas government passed legislation to invest $2.5 billion in mental health facilities, providing critical funding for in-patient care. Construction for the new San Antonio and Austin State Hospitals completed in 2024. I was assigned Lead Producer for the public videos that premiered at the official ribbon-cutting ceremonies attended by HHSC Executive Commissioner Cecile Young and state congressmen.
